Pixai - Support & Help

Simply open Pixai, tap the camera button or select an image from your gallery, then type what you want to change in plain English. For example: "change background to beach" or "make the lighting brighter". AI will process your request and show the result.

Smart Object Selection uses AI to automatically detect and highlight specific parts of your image - people, objects, backgrounds, etc. Just tap on what you want to edit, and Pixai will intelligently select that area for precise editing without affecting the rest of your image.

Pixai can handle a wide variety of edits:

• Background changes and removal
• Photo enhancement and lighting adjustments
• Object removal or addition
• Photo restoration and repair
• Color and style changes
• Image merging and compositing
• Appearance enhancements

For iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Pixai

For Android: Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Pixai

You can also use the "Restore Purchases" option in the app if you've switched devices.

All images edited with Pixai are automatically saved to your device's gallery within the app. You can access them through the Gallery tab, and export them to your camera roll or share them directly to social media platforms with one tap.

For optimal results with Pixai AI:

• Use clear, descriptive commands like "change background to sunset beach"
• Start with high-quality source images when possible
• Be specific about what you want to change
• Try different phrasings if the first result isn't perfect
• Use Smart Object Selection for precise edits

If your AI edits aren't working as expected, try these tips:

• Ensure you have a stable internet connection for AI processing
• Try rephrasing your edit command more specifically
• Check that the source image is clear and well-lit
• Use Smart Object Selection to specify exactly what to edit
• Make sure you have sufficient app permissions enabled

You can cancel anytime through your device settings:

• iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Pixai > Cancel
• Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Pixai > Cancel

You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Currently, Pixai focuses on providing high-quality AI edits for individual images. You can edit multiple images by processing them one at a time through the app. Batch processing may be available in future updates based on user feedback.

• Force close and restart the app
• Restart your device
• Check for app updates in your app store
• Ensure you have sufficient storage space
• Check camera and photo permissions in device settings

Try these steps:

• Tap "Restore Purchases" in the app settings
• Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for purchase
• Restart the app after restoring
• Check that you're using the same device where the purchase was made

If this doesn't work, contact us with your purchase receipt.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google:

• iOS: Visit Apple's "Report a Problem" website
• Android: Contact Google Play Store customer service

Include your order number and reason for the refund request.
